Nelson left the game immediately when a break was called 3:40 before half -time. He taped head coach Nate Hafer on his back when he passed the bank and apparently indicated that he had to get out of the line -up and was accompanied a few moments later in the changing room.

According to ESPN, the injury to his left leg and his return for the second half was questionable.
